Pannonian Youth Network develops and supports initiatives that connect youth development, entrepreneurship, sustainable local growth, and regional cooperation across the Pannonian region and the Western Balkans.

Through mentoring, consulting, education, project development, and community-based initiatives, we work with young people, local communities, organizations, institutions, and international partners to create long-term social, economic, and environmental impact.

Main Areas of Work 

Mentoring & Career Support 

We support young people and aspiring entrepreneurs through mentoring, career guidance, business planning, and practical support focused on self-employment, entrepreneurship, and professional development. 

Entrepreneurship & Business Development

Our activities include entrepreneurship support programs, business development initiatives, consulting, and capacity-building activities for local entrepreneurs, micro businesses, and community-based initiatives.

Rural & Community Development 

We are particularly focused on sustainable local development, rural innovation, community resilience, and initiatives that strengthen local economies and improve opportunities for young people in smaller communities. 

Agri-food & Sustainability Initiatives 

We support initiatives related to agriculture, food systems, short supply chains, circular economy, sustainable production, and green transition, with a special focus on the Pannonian region. 

International Cooperation & Erasmus+ Projects 

We participate in and develop international cooperation initiatives, Erasmus+ partnerships, cross-border projects, and collaborative activities that promote knowledge exchange, innovation, and regional networking.

Career Center

The Career Center is an initiative focused on supporting the career development of young people through workshops, training programs, mentoring activities, public discussions, and the development of practical tools and methodologies for career guidance and youth empowerment.

The initiative promotes employability, entrepreneurship, lifelong learning, and active participation of young people in local communities and the labor market.

Digital Youth Club

The Digital Youth Club is focused on informing, connecting, and strengthening the capacities of young people through contemporary communication technologies and digital tools commonly used by youth.

The initiative supports digital literacy, youth participation, access to information, online community engagement, and the use of digital platforms for education, networking, and community development activities.
